The Musical

London, The Summer Musical was in town!  This was proudly presented by Sunway Lagoon from 1 June till 8 July 2012.  This musical features six talented West End actors and a cast of more than twenty singers plus dancers showcasing unforgettable songs, electrifying choreography, fabulous costumes with the spectacular backdrops.  We are truly thankful to Mr & Mrs Chan who invited us to this awesome musical. 

We were treated with a sumptuous buffet dinner at Sunway hotel before the musical.  Andrew and my father in law enjoyed the lamb while I indulged in the mouth watering cakes.

Synopsis:
Following the inspiring story of three American air stewardesses who gave up their dreams of singing, only to rediscover them across the Atlantic.  Watch how they find love along the way in the all-new London, the Summer Musical by award winning West End Productins!

Elyse was thrilled when she heard Colour My World, Can You Feel the Love Tonight and Live and Let Die were being sung during the musical.  She has heard these songs before from the movie 'Lion King' and 'Shrek'.  It was a familiar tune to her.

Surprisingly, even Erwyn who is only an one year old baby, enjoyed the musical without making a fuss throughout the entire night.  At the beginning of the musical, my father in law tried to cover his eyes with his hand when the spotlight shone brightly at us, Erwyn would push his hand away.  It was way past his sleeping hour as the musical continued on, yet our little boy was not a least bit tired.  However, he felt asleep right away in the car when we were on our way back home.




The VIP seats offered us a spetacular view.  Again, thanks to Mr & Mrs Chan!
