Family Fun Time

One afternoon, Daddy and Mummy decided to bring the whole family for bowling.  We are not experts in it, but it was a fun time for the family.  Elyse and Erwyn were very excited.  They too, tried a game or two, with the help of an adult though.  The ball is pretty heavy for the kids and they did not score well.  But who cares?  Having fun doesn't mean winning the game.  However, they were certainly the best cheer leaders when Daddy and Mummy were playing.

After that, we headed for a game of pool.  This was the first time Mummy played it.  Mummy was surprised to find out Daddy and Ah Gong are not bad at all!  However, we did not complete the game because Elyse and Erwyn were taking the balls and putting them into the hole!  Their way of playing, I guess.

All in all, it was a fun time for the family.  Instead of always focusing on the children whenever we go out, it is good to divert the attention to the adults once in awhile.

Anyone wants to join us for a game?

RIP

It was a traumatic experience when we realised our two hamsters died on 5th March 2013.  We are not sure the cause of death though.  It is a mystery and it really bothered Daddy a lot.  Elyse chose a spot at the backyard and Daddy dug a hole.  A mini burial ceremony for our little pets were conducted.

Unlike the previous hamster that we owned, these two hamsters do not feed from our hand.  But since their size were smaller, they were cuter and they liked to cuddled each other.  Daddy even took the trouble to built a new home for them with wheels and tunnels for them to run around.

Rest in peace, dear little hamsters. You will always be remembered in our hearts.
